Our Advisor and Associate, Mr. Jeevan Patgaonkar, retired from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) as City Engineer & Deputy Commissioner (Engineering) with 36 years of rich experience in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai projects related to Bridges & Civil Infrastructure. He completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.E. in Structures.
Our Advisor and Associate, Mr. C.M. Marathe, retired from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) as Deputy City Engineer (Building Construction) City with 34 years of - wide experience at various level in Municipal Corporation related to Civil Infrastructure & administration. He completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering from S.P.C.E.
Our Advisor and Consultant, Mr. Arun Kashikar, was the Vice President at Tata Housing, heading multiple departments such as R&D, Innovation, Structure, MEP and technical training. He was a part of the senior leadership team (Management Review committee) responsible for overall organization strategy and growth.

The Associate for Statutory Approvals & Regulatory support, Mr. Nirbhay Kadam, is a Civil Engineer with LL.M (Constitution) & MBA (Finance) from Mumbai University.
Mr. Jayesh Malankar, is a Civil Engineer (Execution), and completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has 25 Years of experience at Shashank Mehendale & Associates. He has Expertise in Project Management & Construction management and worked on Parle biscuits, worked closely on large scale projects with MCGM on LTMG hospital at Sion, Nair hospital, KEM hospital and mass housing schemes with Govt. of Maharashtra.
Mr. Amit Phansalkar is a seasoned professional with 32 years of experience in project management and structural design, specializing in hotels, industrial structures, and residential buildings.

He worked with TCE from 1993-2004 handling a large design team of 50 designers on the projects of large scale industrial works including Nuclear Power Plant projects.
He completed his post graduate in structural engineering from University of Mumbai with experience in all areas of engineering including Industrial, commercial, chemical, Infrastructure, Nuclear, Power and Housing. He completed his BE. (Civil Engineering) with First Class-1991 and M.E (Structures) with Distinction - 1993 - First in University of Mumbai. He is the recipient of Prof. Jahangir C. Shroff Gold Medal and G. A. Kamtekar prize for securing highest marks in University of Bombay in ME. His ME Dissertation was on the Optimum Design of Seismic Resistant R.C.C. frames.

He also conducted the Structural Audit of J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, Shahaji Raje Swimming pool, Andheri, and Deonar Abattoir, Mumbai.

He has over 25 years of experience in obtaining Statutory approvals from MCGM, Urban Development Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra, MCZMA, Environment Clearances, Project feasibility of various sectors. Completed successfully projects of Residential, Commercial, Hospital, Starred Category Hotels, Educational and Industrial.
Mr. Jayesh Malankar, is a Civil Engineer (Execution), and completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has 25 Years of experience at Shashank Mehendale & Associates. He has Expertise in Project Management & Construction management and worked on Parle biscuits, worked closely on large scale projects with MCGM on LTMG hospital at Sion, Nair hospital, KEM hospital and mass housing schemes with Govt. of Maharashtra, The Headquarters of Force One (the anti-terrorist squad) and Commando Training centre with baffle firing range for state government.
He also worked on the Bombay exhibition centre at Goregaon- one of the largest closed exhibition centres and 400 acres of infrastructural development for Government of India. He conducted the structural audit, repairs and rehabilitation, structural restoration in heritage conservation for RajBhavan Nainital, Lalbaug palace, TCS house, Gateway of India, High Court Mumbai, BMC Head Office Mumbai, CMM Court Mumbai, and Hanging Garden Mumbai. Mr. Amit Phansalkar is a seasoned professional with 32 years of experience in project management and structural design, specializing in hotels, industrial structures, and residential buildings.
He previously served as Director at Ascentis, one of the region’s leading project management firms, where he played a pivotal role in the Hospitality sector, contributing to the development of iconic hotels across India and South Asia. Over his 12-year tenure, he honed his expertise in design, planning, construction, and cost management across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. His ability to integrate cross-disciplinary design with acute engineering acumen ensures exceptional value addition to every project.
Prior to his leadership in project management, Amit spent a decade as a structural design engineer with Shirish Patel and Associates, one of India’s most respected structural engineering firms. During this time, he was involved in the design of several industrial and residential projects across the country, further strengthening his technical expertise.
Amit holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management.
