Job description

Educational Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• ITI certification or specialized vocational training in draftsmanship.
• Certified course completion in core drafting software

Technical Skills & Software :

• AutoCAD: Mandatory proficiency in 2D drafting and layout generation.
• System Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting layouts.
• Coordination: Ability to perform clash detection across architectural and structural models

Core Responsibilities :

• Create detailed MEP drawings, fabrication plans, and as-built drawings as per MEP Senior Engineer Guidance.
• Coordinate services to prevent spatial conflicts with structural and architectural designs.
• Revise initial drafts based on site conditions, engineer redlines, and consultant feedback.
• Assist with material quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation when required. [optional]
